Bikes and Brews in Boulder
Boulder, Colorado: rated as the third most Bike-Friendly City in America by Bicycling for 2015. The beautiful mountain town has hundreds of miles of bike paths, nearby access to outstanding mountain biking trails, and over 300 days of sunshine a year. As you cruise through the City and share the road with cyclists, you can see why this community boasts a cycling culture. The only thing that might slow you down is the altitude, but you can easily remedy that by grabbing a post-ride beer at one of Boulder’s many microbreweries.
Consequently, SolarGlass advocates this symbiotic relationship and is proud to support the community and its ‘bikes and brews’ culture by sponsoring a series of biking events. This summer has been filled with great sponsorship opportunities including races at the Boulder Valley Velodrome. Next up on our radar: a fantastic event called The Boulder Bike & Brew Festival.
The Boulder Bike & Brew Fest is an all-day fundraising event full of bike racing, beer tasting, music, bike clinics, and family activities at the Valmont Bike Park on August 15, 2015. Come down and stop at our booth to say hello after you’ve filled up on great food from an array of food trucks and brews from dozens of local breweries. The Event is free to attend and half of the proceeds raised will benefit the Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) and the Boulder Mountain Bike Alliance (BMA), with the rest going to Cyclists 4 Community (C4C) to be applied toward fulfilling its mission.
