Historic Window Replacement – Spruce Hall, CSU Campus

Spruce Hall is the oldest academic building still existing on the CSU campus in Ft. Collins, CO. The building was built in 1881, and although it was originally used as a dormitory, it now houses the Continuing Education offices. In 1995, many of the buildings on campus were designated as historic and received state funding for preservation - including Spruce Hall. SolarGlass has just been awarded a commercial window installation project in Denver, Colorado. We are excited to work with Palace Construction on a brand new housing project. CSU’s Washington Elementary Remodel Includes Replacement Marvin Windows

Colorado State University bought Washington Elementary School in 2011 from Poudre Valley School District. It has gone under a major renovation and in January 2013, the building will be the new location for CSU’s Early Childhood Development Center. The original building was built in 1918 and had historic weight pocket rope and pulley double hung windows.
