Spruce Hall is the oldest academic building still existing on the CSU campus in Ft. Collins, CO. The building was built in 1881, and although it was originally used as a dormitory, it now houses the Continuing Education offices. In 1995, many of the buildings on campus were designated as historic and received state funding for preservation – including Spruce Hall.
As you can see from the photos below, the current windows are long overdue for maintenance and repair. We will be replacing and installing 2 Aluminum Clad Windows in Hampton Sage with Thorton Casing profiles. Stay tuned for project updates in the weeks ahead!
