Today I visited a home replacement job where SolarGlass employees were doing the replacement. Eric Sterns runs our Installation Services and he had his two-man crew with him. I describe Eric as a “no-drama problem solving magician”. In a couple of instances on this job, he took what really were mistakes and made it as if that is the only way it should have been and the homeowner was delighted. When asked about degree of difficulty he was characteristically modest. He said it wasn’t that bad, but I know setting just four windows took the better part of a full day for the entire crew.

We are lucky and I am ecstatic to have a leader in the field whose internal compass is set to can do as opposed to can’t do; excellence, and not just good enough. Eric makes his team better and makes us all better. Eric oversees all install jobs for the company, those we perform ourselves and those we subcontract to trusted partners. Thus, when you buy SolarGlass Installation Services, you too get the benefit of Eric!
