This blog is going to the dogs, the lucky mutt dogs that is. Cora, Thor and Fuzz are again putting the word out in support of their fellow 4-legged friends who are temporarily hanging out at MaxFund Animal Adoption Center in Denver. The Lucky Mutt Strut is coming up again and those lucky mutts and kitties over at MaxFund are counting on our help to participate in this years strut. Anyone with or without canine friends are welcome to walk/run in the 5k strut.

You may walk, run or pledge other participants in this years 4-legged fun event. Register online and build your own pledge raising page. Prizes will be offered for the most funds raised, but all-in-all the real prize winners will be the lucky pups and kitties who will find their forever homes and of course the new caretakers opening their homes to their new 4-legged family member.

MaxFund depends on donations to care for and place 1,000 animals each year. The more they can raise to help place their Lucky Mutts and Friendly Felines into their forever homes the more animals get a second leash in life! So lets put our paws down and make tracks to the Max in this 5k FUN walk or run. Pre-register online by visiting www.maxfund.org and click on the “Lucky Mutt Strut” or call 303-547-6195. Register on the morning of the event at 7:30 a.m. and donate $5.00 more!
